Super cute! I like the outline around the characters, very anime style! The noise on the rays kinda kills it for me though, kind of a shame because I love everything else!

It's adorable, but the frame that you put around the main focus just splits the wall. Here, I see the main focus, and a background. I don't see a wall. If it just didn't fit into the background, you'd have to make/look for another one. That's all there is to it.

Nice composition, pleasant colors, the fonts are cute as well... I especially like the fact that you made a cutout out of Lala and Rito. Gives a comedy feeling to it.
