first of all I would like to thank Saa-chan for commenting on the wallpaper.

This is my first wallpaper - The Vampire Twins in Tsubasa Tokyo Revelations.

When I saw the picture of these two, there were many concepts that flashed across my mind - castles, forests, moon light etc... and I've already seen some people used this kind of theme. So I thought of something deeper.

The image I had in mind while creating this wallpaper is a world of total darkness where the feather that fell on the water gave life and light to these 2 Vampires' world. Without the feather, it will be just total darkness... no movement or life whatsoever just the 2 Vampires alone living in eternal darkness sterched across endlessly along with the sky... I kinda have a somewhat mixed feelings of gloomy + sentimental + melancholy while creating this wallpaper.

The scan is from CuteSherry + Yamionpu.. I blended the two of them to create a new vector out of it... and adjusted the colors, cleaned it up as well as repainted it with brush..
I had a hard time with the ripples. At first it was just plain lines with glowing effect but when I submitted it to sessions Cilou and divStar commented to emphasize it and here it is...there were different effects added to it I made it a bit realistic.
The feather was extracted from a scan( which i've searched it at google) and I vectored it..
I've revised the stars and made it a bit realistic... it was pretty hard though hehe I had around 10 layers to get that effect.
I've also added the explosion effect which caused he around an hour to get it right because the angle should be precise and also the color.
I've also added fog at the bottom of the wall so as not to make the bottom part look dull and empty.
I've removed the ghost effect just as what Saa-chan told me to do... Thanks Saa-chan for the comment!

Well I made many revisions of it, and I want to thank divStar for messaging his ideas everytime I uploaded a latest revision on what I should improve..I also want to thank Cilou for telling me to emphasize on the water effects..Also our administrator Saa-chan for the comment on improvement!
