I like it. Good contrast and interesting composition. and the text is somewhat original, even though I don't like how your sig and the other useless stuff is next to it, I would have put it at the bottom not tu ruin the look of the wall :/
Other than that the filters you used give an interesting feel to the wall's athmosphere, however the top-left corner seems to need some brush-work to do, I can see the clouds or whatever lightning-effect it is are over smart-blurred behind the filter.
