This is a fantastic wall I think they look so angelic, the clouds and the writing in the sky everything looks great just make the resolution bigger and It will be perfect, nice work

honestly speaking I don't like the anime Naruto
but I do like some characters of it including Naruto, Kakashi and Gaara
I was amazed about this wallpaper so much
because look at the blue sky, maybe in far you can't see how pretty is it
but if you look closer you will realized that it looks realistic, making you feel that your also one of the characters
i also observed the very nice idea of putting some text or words in the sky making it like a paper
then good used of the light effects, so cool! i really love and adore your work

I really love the anime naruto. its my favorite.

it doesn't take much from the main subject in this wall, meaning naruto, sakura and sasuke.

Fresh good loking colours for the background but I think the character are too blury

Well, it's definetly well planned-out, and has a very nice feel. :3
I would prefer the characters were... sharper?
They seem kinda out-of-focus, including Naruto who shoudl be sharper than Sakura and Sasuke. D:
And you used a couple other brushes randomly on the wallpaper while they were unescasary. They just kinda take away from the whole scheme.
(Personally I also don't like how realistic the clouds are, but filters are so confusing. D:)
I love the main text though~~~ x3

Characters are a tad blurry, and the clouds/characters seem out of perspective from each other and the clouds appear to be cluttered. Perhaps more work and bigger res would've been better.
Also i'm not sure about the area of black in the bottom right corner. :/
But like your other wall, the color choice is quite nice.
