While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

The 4th revision.

Finally i got a little time to finish this. This will be my last atempt on making wallpapers untill summer. So here it is.

Modifications:

-moved Vergil to the right if the screen. Recleaned the scan

-Changed the blends of the galaxy

Whoa! Blow me away! There are so many beautiful colors in this... along with Vergil's trademark pose.... that just totally amazes me! I love this! Although, many may say that the colorsmight be too bright for Vergil, i think that bringing him into a new light would do him some good.... he's so pale you know? ^^ *laughs*

So yeah.... awesome job on this again... this is going on my desktop... for sure. This totally will make my day so much better when I see this.

I don't know. This wall doesn't move me though. I mean, the color is alright, but the concept seems not only basic, but a little off too. Nothing is heavily striking me in this picture. Maybe a different concept could work, or add detail planets around him might work. Just not for me. Sorry dude, but your fav is in another AP...

The other is fine, but well... i dont think the character fits the bg much, try to blur the outlines a bit and change its color 8D

The background is interesting, the environment looks good. The character is looking good, he fits to the background well. Nice wallpaper.

Well, it is a good background. Almost seems like a 3d universe. But a flat 2d Vergil just doesn't belong here hmmm. It would be better if you put a 2d with a 2d, or if the character is just a little 3d, the the background can be 2d, but I presonally don't like 2d characters on 3d backgrounds.

Well, I think character doesn't really fit the background. And just like k1ru said, try to blur Vergil's edges. Oh, and maybe those "smokey" colors shouldn't go over Vergil, he seems othorworldly enough even without that...
But you've got one big + for trying, and it's not that bad anyway...
