Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

One year has passed since my latest submission D:
And I made a widescreen wallpaper even though it's not my type of resolution. (XD) emoticon Just the scan was too beautiful to crop.

I desperately wanted to finish this wallpaper before my 16th birthday uh... maybe to have a lame excuse like 'I was only fifteen when making it' =( ) emoticon lol. But didn't know that screentoning is PURE fun |(n_n)| emoticon
I have a weakness for quotes... This wallpaper looked empty withot text, so I put some Latin and translation. If it bothers you, here is a textless version (a little bit smaller - every hosting site I tried, the pic was resized =.=)

The wall would have looked great if you have vectored it instead. The scan looks rather pixelish to me. =/

The minimal usage of colors is a nice idea. I like how it's nice and simple that way. Maybe you should also include a link to the scan you used in your description. It'll be easier to see what you have actually done with the scan in order to make the wall. Without it, well im not so sure what you actually did on your own. =/

Love the choice - or lack of color, and as someone had mentioned already, the wide screen effect gives it a different feel to the entire wall.

No, I've not watched/ heard of Dogs, time for some research!

Your idea is pretty cool. I like the monochromatic colors and how you use the stock image. The screen tones are a nice touch too. The only thing that bother me is that when I full view, the walls look a bit dirty (especially the couch area near Naoto). Maybe you can try cleaning it a bit =)
