Hmmm...there are 2 things very extraordinary with this.
First I walled a cute lady which I ve never done used. And second...
WTH~~!! I made it pink! O_O we kinda hate eachother but well...this is for a special occasion =D
pastel colors with a simplistic background. -_-; I couldn't come up with anything more creative than this.
I am having a serious block here these days. And maybe I ll give a break to my noob vectoring frenzy for a while.

Ahh anyways; It's the sexy man Tate's b-day! you bat...you know this was coming already but I don't care...it's still your present since I can't see
you in person for now. All I wanna say is: Just concentrate on having a super awesome day that you can remember for the rest of your life...be in a happy mood (like always =P) and...
remember that Fuuka is mine since I walled her first! hah! xD

The wall is very good, but there are a few things i especially like about it :) namely...

the sunset. omigod, the sunset is insanely great... glows, fades, wow :)

the dot building gradient. simple yet filling the space [imagine how it would look like without the dots.. plain gradient.. blee]

the sky texture [along with the zeppelin].. delicate and nice.

now my only question is what is this strange line going from her nose and above...? :P

Humn, look like your changing style ^_^ Last time I can't comment in this wallpaper but now i will ^_^ The vector art this time is really really wonderful for the chara, but i guess the border of the building is abit off...

Aieee! It looks so cute!
I have a confession: The thumbnail didn't look so pleasing but in fullview it took my breath away! Like the whole city view simply looks stunning.

Nice touch of texture. I like the sunset and the clouds and the city looks very nice. The vector is really nicely done. The shadows look a little funny around her left sleeve though. But nonetheless, awesome wallpaper! *waves to blimp*

Now that's one cute wall, the whole style is very easy on the eyes yet the detail is still there. The scan is also cute, her expression and pose is wonderful something that simply adds to the overall cute effect the wall already has. All in all, a job well done.
