I started this wallpaper...
...in July! o.O

Things kept on happening one after another (I went on a trip, and then I had to study for my upcoming exams, then I had to PASS those exams...blablablabla...)

Well! I will be honest and say that while I like this work, I'm still not 100% satisfied by it and I believe it could have been better, but I just can't continue like this and keep on delaying more the release of this wall or else it will end up forgotten like many others unfortunate incomplete works that I got on my PC...
But I actually might update it in the future...

Here goes the two original scans from which this wall was made :
baby Yuui and Ashura .

As you must all have noticed, I merged the two scans above into this one.
Then the usual : vectoring the black outlines, draw/redraw parts and make the necessary modifications for the merging and makes it looks as natural as possible; and then think *hard* about the colors : the biggest difficulty was choosing the right colors in the right place, and this wall being my first 'night view' it was pretty hard, because, for example, when I tried using an overly dark color for Yuui's skin it was...well...a *very* bad sight ^^;;

Now, the title 'a glimpse of eternity', it's pretty much based on Ashura : the way he is in this picture (everything about him actually : his position, his eyes, his facial expression...) really made me feel he was somewhere else, very far and that he was seeing or looking at something far above our understanding or imagination...and the wall in it's whole really made me feel like the Time, at that moment, totally stopped for them both in that starry but bloody colored sky night...
