While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

My entry for 3rd round on Make Up contest :D
The hardest thing was to draw lightnings, it took me long time =___=
I copied them from real photos, nine different photos o___O
I'm quite pleased how they came out :)
I tested many colors for background, finally I chose dark red cause it well shows Sailor Uranus strength
