As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Well i dont have much to say bout this one, but well okay ill try!
hum... well actually curetly i am working on A BIG project so to call it, and no i wont tell anybody what it is, unteal i post it here! ;D lol!

This wall was very easy to do, or i think so. . . .
Anyways it looks pretty simple right? like a stock, and a scan, but NO its not just that i used many brushes to blend everything in, and plus i also made most of the light since there was light in the stock, but when i puted the gurl on it was very flate so i made the light from the sun fall on her too! ;P

Well it took me around 3 houres, and there is about 10 layers, but only coz i stock most of the effects on one layer! ;D lol! Heehe yeah i now the scan is not the best quality, but PLEASE dont tell me that it does coz i already now! ;P!!!well i hope someone will like this fast wallie, and as usuall i love all the NICE coments, and favs, and yeah on this one i wood LOVE to have some critisism, not that i like it much, but i just think i am not very good with these kinds of walls, so i wood LOVE to impoove!
Thanks again, and i am sorry if i dont reply from ure coment, i just have so much things right now. but i thank everyone ALREADY!

The background is very scenic and the character certainly goes well with the chosen background. You did an absolutely great job with the rays of light shinning thru the trees. The image could use a bit more blending to make it mesh with the background. Her feet seems like its floating. Very pretty wallpaper!

Very nice background !! Awesome and perfect for the scenery and the theme that you chosed for your character !
However, the background seems too realistic for the character !! In addition, the character does not seem to blend in a good way with the background, because of the light effects you used on it the girls seems out of space !!
But the colors are nice and the wallpaper has a nice feeling !!
Keep up the good work !

Uniting the photograph taken from life of the background and the girl of the illustration is wonderful. It was not noticed that it was a synthesis at a while when seeing for the first time. The effect of the light on the tree leakage day is preeminent.

I don't like it...i love it! xD, so much that now is in my desktop xP. The image is great, the expretion of hers, the colors...THE LIGHT EFFECT!that's an awesome work, and i mean it! =3, the forest background is great too...BUT in the forest...." i'm off " ?__? ....where s she going? to the school? IN A FOREST?? xD haha, it doen't matter =D, who cares?is beautiful anyway....everything....

OH my wat a nice lookin wall! I love the calm, serene theme of the wall and the BG is beautiful. I like the idea of placing a girl there in the middle of the forest and I love how you blended her in with the stock photo! Awesome work! Very nice, and quite simple! Only 10 layers! I can never make a wall with 10 layers hahah thats a record! Definilty in my Favorites!

I don't know how you managed but the scan really fits with the bg, eventhough its a realistic bg...

OMG - you wrote in paragraphs!! *gasp!*
Now I find that soo much more readable! ^_^

I love this wall - simple yet effective.
The only 2 things that bug me:
- Blending could be improved around her left shoe and the corner of the bag
- The title is too close to the edge, I would prolly suggest bringing it about 1/3 of the wall height from the bottom and from the left (the rule of thirds)

Nice fx for the background and the lighting is a -touch- too strong but looks good.
Congrats - good to see you're constantly trying and learning new skills :)

Hmmm. I like the realistic background. I don't like the lighting around her cos it looks like she's glowin or summin and it kinda screws up the great blending of the scan with the background.
Also...i think that the stairs needs to be more noticeacle. Right now it looks like she's walkin on ar or summin.
But overall it's a nice concept.
