This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

No, I didn't hue/saturated the original scan.

I really did outlined it and then colored it myself. I colored to the best of my ability. Also, I know the bg is simple; I wanted the characters to stands out more. Yes, I added the veil. I think the wallpapers have a very pasture-colors theme to it.

The title: Yes, Their Eyes Were Watching God is a great book. However, the reason that I named the wall that title is because there was this one scene where Kagetsuya said that "Then God is watching us."

I hope you like it; there are not many Earthian walls around since the series is so old. I would really appreciated it if you leave a comment.

This is a pretty Earthian wallpaper so it caught my eye right away. The manga is one of my favorite BL manga. This wallpaper do depict the relationship between Kagetsuya and Chihaya. I think the black feather stands out a wee bit too much though. Nonetheless, good wallpaper.

So lovely, the artwork of yun kouga is always so soft and pretty and you did a nice job of duplicating her style, the black feather maybe in another color or with a lower opacity might of been a nicer touch, but its great nonetheless so i'll fave it~

You made a really awesome wall here :) The outlining is spot on, and the colors are controlled and vibrant at the same time. The textures in the hair are a nice touch as well too ^^ There really isn't anything in this wall that looks out of place. +fav :)
