I have to ask apologize if my words bother you but the wall in my opinion .. ... as is very common that is not quite worked ... something that is stressed to all the colors you used in the images ... nothing but good ...

I like the look of it, the solor character colors is a nice idea.

I think the guy is too jagged to be in the same
walls as the girls, he stands out badly even though he's in the back.
And the white light around him only seems to highlight
the jaggedness of it.

The effects (sparkles) are a nice touch, I think it was blurred
too much though since it now looks low quality. Some new effects
should be used, brushes from Deviantart or somewhere can help with that.

Pretty decent wallpaper, the colourscheme is the same like we see in the series, the lay-out is decent. But the image of Alto? He's looking a bit too fabulous there, maybe you should've used a shot of him with his warface like the expressions of Ranka and Sheryl.
It also really could've used a VF-25 in there, I remember both OST albums having a nice similar image that could perfectly fit in here (the CD-sleeve back cover).

I'm not sure if you're trying to model the text and title after the song of the OP, but if you are, then it's "Triangler", not "Triangular". >_<

Other than that, this is a lovely background, and it gives the impression of a literal 'love triangle'. Nicely done :)
