I have realized that I have these scans of DiGi Charat and that they are of a high quality, so I decided to make a wallpaper.
The wallpaper took some time, but it was entertaining for me. I wanted to make the happiness more available.
The wall did go through revisions. The 1. had Dejiko to the left, but since the icons are to the left, it didn't work well. The v2 one had them placed the same as here, but Dejiko had a serious face. So I made version 2A, where Dejiko is happily smiling. The mouth is done as a Photoshop shape equipped with Stroke, Shadow, Gradient fills and transparency mask to create an appropriate mouth.
The BG contains the Moon. This Moon photo is by NASA - public domain. The shop's entrance is an entrance of an unknown shop as googled with "store entrance" words. It would be an advertisement to mention it anyway. And the rest of the BG is all my own work, I even drew the brushes using the Pen tool and Preset manager.
And oh, the aurora borealis traces are traced from some Russian particle render, but I really cannot identify the origin now, because it got to me in a "ripped" -p2p- source.
The characters are by Koge Donbo, but that's an old story.
Hope you enjoy it!
