I got a screenshot of him and vectored him and made this simple wall. I had been wanting to do a Kurushitsuji wall and now I did. It is very simple and took a little while to do. The background is really simple. :D

His face with hidden eyes is flowing evil atmosphere. Black and white colors in the wallpaper are harmonized with him.

This is a great vector of him, but I think this wall is just too simple. (Or could be just what I'd prefer)
It doesn't look like you put that much of an effort into it.
But it's still a nice vector. I don't see jagged lines anywhere.
