As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. For this wallpaper I took a scan of yuriko that contained the flower petals and some of the space effects and blue lighting. I created the rest of the space effects in an attempt to match the original. However if anyone has some ideas on how to improve the scan let me know.

Pretty good. I'm just bothered by the amount of clouds/fog surrounding her. font can also be enhanced more.

Love! The eery looking purple coloured background. And I like the moon in the background aswell. Yuriko doesn't really blend in very nicely with the bg though.. She looks kinda out of placed.. the one thing I don't really like is the mist that surrounds her body. The bg is gorgous though! You did a good job!

It's a really nice wallpaper, thoough the I would have used a different image of Yuriko. This one doesn't reallly look like her much, other than the uniform.

I realy like the concept, but the lightning isn't so good. It look like you just put a gradiant over her face and that looks very cheap and unreal. Also I don't like how the flowers petals are organised, I can't feel a flow there.

Doesnt really look like Yuriko to me. I think it is the shading on her shoulder that makes her hair seem longer and different. But the effects of this wallpaper are outstanding. There just arent enough Captain Tylor walls out there. I think i know what my first project might be...

I see that "Irresponsible Captain Tylor" isn't as popular as I would want it to be but still one good wallpaper can make my heart beat faster.
