Got a freind who's into photography to take and touch up this prop
that i put together. Over 60 shots later (it's hard to get proper
lighting on reflective surfaces such as honey) we finally got the
picture we wanted. I hope everyone enjoy's the fruits of our labour.

P.S. for those who were wondering...no, it's not a real four leaf
clover, but I did spend an accumilative of about 5 hours searching
for one (it's winter! i think finding any clover in the snow is lucky)

I'm one of those "i just don't get it. honey + clover + slice of bread. ok, go?" but nevertheless it's a great photo. if i could understand the concept better it would be even greater, but just as it is the clover-on-honey-on-a-slice-of-bread is pretty spiffy all on its own. ;D great colours as well. makes me rather hungry, actually. XD

Simple, but elegant. I have not seen the anime, but it's a great wallpaper nonetheless. I am wondering if the clover could look a bit more real, as in, the colour and the texture...

You're really making me cry because of this wall *sobs* I'm starting to remember the last few episodes of H & C II T_T Best anime ever!! YEAH!! *coughs* Photography is really something that I'm interested in, so the way your friend captured this picture is really stunning... which.. brings us back to the ending of H & C II again.. That final scene with Takemoto and the sandwiches definitely made me tear up. This is a really unique, simply executed concept that encapsulates the series without the characters--and it looks delicious, too, even though I was thinking "Takemoto, do you know if Hagu sanitized those clovers?" while watching him eat them. |(n_n)| emoticon

The only thing I would want different is the lower right corner of the bread is off focused, but I understand it's quite difficult to capture anything this close, with the honey being reflective and having the right lighting all at the same time. Otherwise, I like this just the way it is. The honey and clover on bread has special meaning to all fans of the show. Thank you for taking the time to do this.

Now, if only I can access the lower resolutions. It won't load for some reason..

I also wanted to say the way the wall is presented in similar, if not the same fashion as official Honey & Clover merchandise and show-related items are presented in advertisement. And I find this element of the wall to be very successful, because there's no way you would not recognize which show the wall is from if you followed the show.
