Misato Aoi have this scar because in the past she was trapped in a fire. Some wood or something fall on her back and she was unable to save her friend. blah..blah...blah...ehem..

The color contrast between the reds and the blacks are great, but you really could work harder on the bg gradient.

Hi!!.. well i agree.. the bg looks a bit empty although it's fill at the same time.. mainly because of the gradient.. and i think her skin is contrasting too much with the color of the bg..
anyway it's a nice vector ^^

I really like the vector. Others have said that the background is too empty, but I think the gradiant is enough here. I think anything else would take away from the wallpaper. Great job. :-)
