Fun pic...always wanted to work with it. Scan from the artbook E's Memoria Technica...really fun stuff. :neko: I'll be uploading more of those scans as i have the time. Today was rather stressful so i had this wall going in the background throughout the day. I like the color scheme of the original scan and I wanted to keep that going. :)

BTW, I really appreciate every comment and crit that i get on my walls... :neko: I'm used to being able to reply to them all directly like in dA but as i'm still new here I've not been able to figure out if i can do that or not, so :neko:

Hey. I really like this wallpaper. the scan looks really nice. i'm not too sure about the top and bottom effects that go across the wallpaper. i think it would have looked cleaner without them. but the background's effect and texture adds to the scan. can't wait till you upload the scans from the artbook! i'll be looking forward to it!!

The scan and the colours are really cool ... but the scan is really messy still >__< ... kinda needs to be cleaned up a bit ... parts of him seem to have 'scan lines' running down and so forth...

With the background ... it works, but trying for something more would have been cooler. Just a bigger picture of the scan seems like a bit of a waste ... try using scenery and working with stock photos to get a feeling that suits the character.

I'd really give the scan a good clean. Those verical lines look kinda not so good and sort of spoil things a bit for me.

Anime DUDES are HOT. This is going to be one of my top hotties. I like the double image, and I can't get enough of the guns. He looks like he's in front of a Big tv screen.

Nice. The background is well done.
The character hmm...needs clean up like said above.
There seems to be stripes and the color on his arm is unusual.

I really like E's artwork and have played around with buying the artbook. Recommended then? ;)

Great quality scan and combination of pop (ink dots), futuristic elements (kind of the bar code look), and subtle grunge (with colors that don't make me think grunge :D). I like that you chose to use the crisp colors that were in the original and the greyscale echo of Kai as the background. (I love his futuristic look [thinking Christian Bale in "Equilibrium"] and he's holding a barreled gun. XDD
