The hair's somewhat similar, and the face looks pretty much the same...
BUT THE EYEBROWS ARE OFF.

So I have no idea who this is.

I basically vectored part of that scan -pokes below- and redid some parts.
I cut off part of the hair cuz it looked too big to me, and also b/c I first thought it was Susumu and his hair's got that layered look.
I didn't like the moth, so I just vectored a bunch of squigglies and arranged them so that they formed a somewhat butterfly like shape. YAY.

Parts I'm happiest with is the eye and the top part, the spikey part, of the hair.
