Really nice. I particularly like the star bit in the background...it's crisp and clean.

Like DForceX, I'd really love to see something more of the widescreen variety, say 1280x800 or something, but for now, this is just great!

The character that you chose is really cute, the extracting and rendering on her was very great, good details are also very nicely done.
The background image of the wallpaper is also very nice, it is stylish, looks complicated and has a very nice pattern in the art.
I also liked how you made the background colour strong at one end and gradually fade out at the other, it gives the wallpaper a nice look and... that's it, yeah... a nice look

Hah, I haven't commented too much 'cause I haven't found some good walls this month. Hanyuu is so adorable. My only complain is the wall looks simple to me. But who cares, it's fabulously well done.

Nice piece of work if I might say. I'm not really the fan of pop-art-like wallpapers, but I like the vectored character and how it is combined with the colors of the background. Keep it up!
