Is that meant to be water or clouds? I kind like the ambiguous quality of it. If you were going for and ocean-spray, hint of water feel, than you did a really good job. Also like the shading on the text. The planet is not too great, however. Looks like you just threw a filter on it. Maybe if you toned it down a little, a touch more subtle, than it would look good and fit better into the rest of the prettiness. Rahxephon art is a great starting point for "feels like there should be some meaning" and for painter-style works. You worked both of those aspects in well.
