Not too bad, but the shadows are the biggest issue here. Compare the angle of the shadows between the signboards, and character in the foreground, the difference is EASILY noticeable, and thus the first thing which caught my eye.

The overall perspective, as previously pointed out by `alenas is rather awkward. Not only that, but you made the mistake of placing the character with one foot on a step, and one foot off. Naturally, you'd expect a person to bend their knee in order to be standing upright with each foot on different levels, however as you can see, your character is standing completely straight (knees not bent) on different levels of ground, and this may give others the impression that one of her legs is longer than the other. I suggest moving her so that she's standing on flat ground.

All in all, this wallpaper has quite a number of flaws, and it's composition is rather bland, and could be improved on. (in fact, I don't quite feel as if much effort has been put into it, or not nearly enough effort)

I apologize for the blunt and brutally honest comment. Do make some room for future improvement.
