I just love halibel too much.
scraped the last one i was doing of her and vectored the image from the manga myself this time (only my 3rd time vectoring an image). Her face gave me the most trouble i think.

I like the simplicity of the wall and the blue color version fits her character a little better I believe. Still, I think her face looks kind of off. That's most likely because of the limited amount of good pics there are of her.
Though I do believe you've done a good job nonetheless. It's not often you see a simple wallpaper concept that really works.

The only thing that could be better is Halibel's vector, but it looks very nice as it is anyways :P

I love Halibel. Need more Halibel.
While I have to say I liked how you did the glow on the text, it gave it a eerie horror effect. My only problem was the image itself, or lack of quality. In my opinion you should have waited for a Anime Scan, seems like a waste to use such a good idea and background on an inferior scan like this. Either way though interesting and good idea.

I think the outlines of her could have been a bit more neat, but it is still just your 3rd vector, so you can improve in the future.
Also, I think there should have been more shading on her, like her hair so it'll have more dimension to it.
It looks too obvious that it was from a scan and that you just colored it in.
However, the background is absolutely gorgeous!

The glow around the text is also very clean.
