It works for me, it's just that the text sticks out too much. The main title looks like it's been done in WordArt and your sig is too small in the white shape...

It's a very "vivacious" wallpaper!It spreads energy from everywhere!I have this sensation!As you said ,it really remembers summer :) There are colors everywhere and plenty of textures.The colors are also combined very well.Really nice work ^_^ i like it a lot.

I've always liked this scan, and although I'm not a fan of the color orange, or overly bright walls in general, but I like this wall.
The color combos work well, and I love the way your swirly "gear-like" bits seems to stand out from the wall.
I do agree with umboody, though; the letters for the title aren't very pleasing, I'd rather have a clean wall without them.
But, all else works for me, so you've earned my fave.

Esta muy bonito el wallapper es uno de los mejores qu ehe visto en mi vida esta muy simpatico caliente cool y que mas podria decir hace qu me caliente hasta el tal grado de venirme realmente es una maravilla de seguro de pohotoshop realment es genial, lo voy a poner como uno de mis favoritos porque la verdad esta muy bonito y se merece estar en mis lista de favoritos, le agradezco al autor de este ewallpaper por tan buena imagen, la verdad mis respetos, muchas felicitaciones porque en verdad se lo merece creo que esuno de los mejores wallpapers que he visto en mi vida.

This is neat! The text does seem a bit off, though. Also, adding a different colour (possibly a deeper version of the reddish hue of the fish on the one girl's wrap) in little touches to the background elements would definitely set this off more.
Keep messing around and working with new inspirations, and I'm sure you'll get it all (:
