this is my third vector wallie
(well i justb learn how to vector :p)
this wallpaper is dedicated to my classmate who really loves blue
and she always dream about the lady of ice and blue...
i cant figure what kinda ice should i make xD
so i just decided to use plant thing and kinda vivid blue color
i thought this wallpaper is tooo simple especially its empty on the center.
i hope you like it (and i hope she does too ^^;)
