Its been a while, hasnt it?
I did this vector of Pleinair for kicks, and thought of how awesome it would be to wall it.
Originally, I was going to do an Azumanga spin off, but that seemed entirely too plain. It wasnt until I was watching Miyuki-chan in Womderland where I was struck with the idea. It took Miyuki's scream of "why am I falling into the sky?!!" to get me going xD!
I painted the bg by hand with basic PS brushes and used the smudge tool a bit, I also used some soft brushes and the blur to give it a kinda out-of-focus kinda look to it, since I want Pleinair to be what pops out. There also isnt much detail, to match with the vector [which, btw, is colored badly on purpose :3]
