Awesome! I looks like watercolor! I thought someone made a mistake and submitted a scan as a wallpaper. Great choice of scan, and your composition is awesome. The only thing I'd improve on is your extraction in some areas, but everything else rocks. A definite favorite. ;)

Wow...this is beautifully painted...excellent work! Too bad the char doesn't appeal to me =P btw, the char's lines are a little scratchy...maybe you can do something about it? =X First class work indeed!

Ok. The background is perfect, really, you??ve done a superb job on it and the girl is very cute. But the scan edges look kind of pixilated and it??s a bit blurry. Try to sharpen it a bit. Maybe ask some of the ??pros? around here for some tips. If there will be a second version for this wall it will probably get my fav since aside from these few ??screw ups? this is a wonderful peace of walling!

Your painting skills is absolutely fantanstic. You've captured the mood and colours perfectly. I can only hope to paint like that one day. Great job on the background. But, the biggest flaw within this wallpaper would have to be the poor quality of the scan. It just doesnt look smooth enough to match with that awesome background you have made. Anyways, this is still a very nice wallpaper. =)
As I stand under the pouring sky, I couldn't tell the difference between the rain or my tears.

The background looks gorgeous and works really well with the character that you chose to use. My only complaint is that the quality of the scan is not that great but besides that you did a wonderful job.

Wow. Great background. Love how the curve of the tree branches frame the canvas and the clouds circle up to the moon. Wonderful brush work too! A bit of a shame that the girl has so much jpeg artefact over her otherwise it would be perfect. =( But other then that, I love the colour palette of rich night blues and soft mauve with the pink and sunset glows - feels very magical...like a Midsummer Night's enchanted forest.
