This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Nice effect.. love the BG and the mist as if she's being followed or something lol but the girl didn't quite fit in a bit I think but just a bit :P She's still pretty ^^ Anyway, +fav ^_~
Wooohohoho... What a lovely beutifull girl!! Hehehe. I like the background a lot. I like the effect, and the colours too. But, why with that face? It will be more beutifull if she smiles anyway. But, it is perfect.

This is hikari ?!? WOW this is one rare countenance of hikari ... anyway this wallpaper has good effort on it, although it has dark colour as it background but brightness adjustment fit well, as well as the background ornaments.

Hmm, it is nice. The background blends well with the forground due to smart use of "mist clouds" that goes in the same shade as Hikari´s outfit. Has an eerie look as of whole, with that sad, surprised look that is so much Hikari´s. A real nice wall that the artist should be very proud of.
