Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

While still being in the mood from making my previous wallpaper, I decto make a second wallpaper from this amazing artist.

This time I chose this picture as a starting point. And while it's getting summer, I'm already dreaming of the refreshing autumn :p
I first started with cutting out the picture from which the hair in the right gave me real trouble, but somehow it pulled of. Then I wanted to make a surrealistic forest on the background. Then I applied some filters to make it more smooth and added the text.

A nice and beautiful wallpapaer. you picked the right and very cute scan and you cut it very well indeed. The background looks fine but if you played around with the effects a bit more you could make it more surreal ^_^

Bit dark for my taste but still looks cute
the background looks bit simple at first but then kinda notice how that blurry background make her and her cat stand out a bit more..
hehe..the more i look at it the more i like it~ nice

Commented earlier..but then my Mozilla just..blocked..anyway,I love : the warm feeling light filtered through the trees-like feeling,(I'm tired,short comment,just to Fav it lol) The girl blends with the bg very well,and her protective attitude towards the little kitten,you just evidentiated it,Congrats ,

Wow, this is so great, very catchy
the girls is cute and the cat... is kinda eerie, anyhow its a great stuff you got

the colour is well balanced, and the effects you use on the background was cool too

i just dont understand why the sig is so long and big... lucky it gets covered by start menu bar from time to time, so not too much of a nuisance there

Toooo cute for words but i got to say the cat kinda looks like a dog or a cat with floppy earsand a pretty big head but i lov the colors very calm and very lonly almost kinda lik the name and the girls clothing are great love the hat and the background reminds sort of fall and the lik the characters lost in a forest with no one but the cute cat

One word. Gorgeous. I love everything about this wallpaper. THe color palette, the background and the lovely textures. I think the golden yellow colors really goes with the darker shades of brownish black, very nice contrast. The title suites the image, but id suggest using a color that would stand out more. All in all this is a very impressive wall, keep it up!

Its dark but adorable. adding a bit of light to the darkness is risky but you've accoplished it and proved to show a very wonderful wallpaper.
This world could rot in hell...and I still wouldn't care.
