Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
Definitely one of those rare WHR wallpapers out there that breaks the usual dark and grungy WHR stereotype. Despite the use of stock, enough manipulation is done to make it acceptable when Robin is placed in it. Nice text design too. Nothing refreshes me better than looking at Robin on a misty morning.
Character scan seems to be a bit on the low quality side, but I love the scene. Great job integrating the scan with the background. Very serene and definitely a nice sight to gaze at ^_^
I agree, the backround fits perfectly with the scan, it's very well put together. I like the sense of calm you get from looking at this, it's a quiet momment for her.
It's a great concept. The fact that it isn't dark makes it even more interesting. Just make Robin's edges smoother, and try to make the background a little more cartoon-y.
It's nice to see a good Robin wallpaper that's not so gloomy and sad like, good emotion you have in this walpaper too. It's all calm and peaceful, I like that. The vector is alittle off though but the blending was a great job too.
Lovely surroundings you put robin in. this as you said is a different type of witch hunter wall - not dark or grunge. great piece you have put together here - especially love the environment with the columns.
This is what I like. Taking a character out of the stereotypical genre setting and showing that it can work. And because it works, it proves that theres skill and artistic ability behind it. Great Job =)
