This is a wallpaper featuring Tōshirō Hitsugaya. :] i've never done vector styled stuff before so...i guess this could be considered my first haha. i've done some vector styled stuff before, but i never took it seriously like this one. i tried to plan out the brushing, but then i figured, what the heck...so i just brushed what i thought looked good and i came up with this ^^;; hope you guys like

Hitsugaya is one of my fav bleach characters and you did him justice. I love how you just left his eyes, they're my most favorite part about him.

It's a cool vector and it's pretty well done, but why didn't you vector his eyes. It seems a little out of place having only one part like that unless you use it to emphasize something.
