Well, this was myentry for the W.A.R indivudual contest second round, I have just made a few changes. I didn't win..but it doesn't matter, I ahd fun making it. The theme if you don't know yet, was advertising an anime, making people want to watch it. While other wallers were busy making poster styled, and magazine pages, so I took it upon myself to do a crude style of advertisement. At first I wanted to make a billboard, but it didn't work out too well, so I went for something a little closer and I let my imagination run wild, and unless you want Chiyo Chan to die..you GO WATCH AZUMANGA RIGHT NOW! YOU HEAR?! The handwriting on the envelope is my own...so yea, that's Ish's ugly writing :3 ENJOY!

LMAO, oh gosh i saw da name, and saw the wall, I immediately started laughin. Its nice but Theres so much better Chiyo-chan pics to use =P.Oh well i applaud your imagination. I cant belive that took 67 layers but then again i still havent made a wall myself cuz of lack of skill.

I laughed when I saw this. It's funny. Does that make me sick?
However, I don't think this is something i'd want as my wallpaper, though. ;)
Anyway, I think it would be better if the brightness is raised a slight notch. I know it's supposed to be dark, but I feel that it kind of looks a little too dark.

It's such a funny wall!
But the uber cute, innocent chiyo chan just doesn't fit with this evil cruel idea! How can someone be sick enough to kidnap CHIYO!?!?! =P
The magazine with the ripped letters is really well done, and give it that extra evil efect, but the sentence doesn't make much sense.... you practicaly say that Chiyo chan will die every time you miss azumanga... but you can only die once ;)

But you put a smile on my face with this wall, or does that make me a sadist :S

Haha, poor kawaii chiyo. I knew someone was bound to kidnap her someday, but this is an unexpected ransom demand, ne?

But if Chiyo does die if someone neglects their anime, won't there be no Chiyo in teh anime everyone else is watching? NoOO!

I watch Azumanga Daioh everyday, so I am glad to be contributing to the Chiyo-chan Doesn't Die cause ^_^. The colouring gives it that eerie feeling, but still captures Chiyo-chan's cuteness enough to show you that she needs saving ^_^. This is a very well done wallpaper ^_^. Japots is right, shame on you for kidnapping Chiyo-chan. Now if you want, you could kidnap Osaka, hehehehe. She might be confused, but still will get you the views you need ^_^. You could also use her to confuse any would-be savers that would want to save her and stop the Azumanga Daioh viewing come to an end, hehehe ^_^.

Back on topic though, hehehe. The yellow letters kind of stuck out from the dark style of the picture, but still it is a very good wallpaper ^_^. The wood table seems like a nice touch too ^_^. I hope that we get to see more wallpapers from you ^_^.

I wouldn't use this as my own wallpaper, but it gave me a good laugh XD The old and used paper texture could have a little more flexibility, but it's overall realistic enough for an anime wallpaper.

Although the chiyo dies part of the wallpaper does disturb me a bit.
