Actually inspired by deathnote, and the way they denoted a specific color to a character. Tried it on bleach characters...hope you like it. Constructive criticism requested..

As per consensus i have changed byakuya's color to pink, teal did not look as good as i thought. Also i fixed the few pixels of ichigo's hair. Thanks for the help hope you guys like it.

Well another edit due to a few requests...let me know which is better :D

Great wall the colors go good with the characters
but i thnk i would of used a different color for byakuya

Thanks, yea i thought about it for a while...and i didn't like the idea at first, but when i tried others...i kept leaning towards it... For kicks, what color would you have chosen?

I agree. I think that the color for Byakuya is a little off. Maybe teal or lavender?

I'd definitely use purple or teal with it... the pink is quite sadly overdone with Byakuya. I'd love to see the end product so good luck!

Oh, there's a couple of white pockets in the corners of Ichigo's hair, right side. Don't ask how I even noticed that. I just did.

I like the idea. i think ichigo should be blue like his shikai reitsu and byakuya should be pink and hitsugaya should be more white-ish. other than swapping the colors i think it is cool except for res size of coarse.

First i like to say i am attracted to this wallpaper. the usage of colours are very nice, just for the last two colours. Every character got their own destintive colour i suppose, only for the fourth one. sry i dunno much about bleach. o ya each charcter got their own colour on them, maybe the fourth on you want to change it to a girl or something, cause it might make the wallpaper look more "brighter". i guess.. oVerall Nice work!

Maybe you could do away with the white borders at the very top and bottom, for an alternative. The idea works, but i guess byakuya's color could use a change..pink maybe?

Really nice the idea of matching colours to people of bleach, it gives the whole wallpaper a great and original style.. especially because you stressed both hair and eyes!

some question, why there is a pattern in chad's hair and face? its stripes... -_- and then, byakuya's hair is kinda weird...its not look 'flow'... i think you have to give some colour for byakuya too...

I think this looks really really good! I even set it as my wallpaper now!

However, I agree that a different color could have been used for Byakuya. I know he's a very monochromatic character, but it wouldn't hurt to experiment!

Well thank all of you guys for the comments and help. By the consensus i will change byakuya's color to "the overused pink" because as people have stated it lightens up the picture...either way I will reupload it in a couple of days. Thanks a bunch ;)
