Hmmm... excellent. The vectoring has been done brilliantly. No doubt. The overall lighting give a very radiant effect. Which is very pleasing to the senses. The doves and the petals are just supertastic!

I just love this wall. it's really very beautiful! ^_^

However, there is just one little thing that i think is strange or incorrect. Which is the shadow over shadow thing. I am talking about the shadow of the dove on top of the shadow of Syaoran. That is highly incorrect. You cannot have two distinct shadows like in the same place. You must blend in the dove's shadow into Syaoran's. This is not possible unless and until there are two sources of light, one being much more illuminative than the other. Also, as already mentioned above by a few, their(Sakura and Syaoran) eyes look kinda weird. Especially Sakura's.

I hope you are getting what i am saying, though. Because i am not very good at explaining stuff.... sorry...

But other than that, the wall is just ultrastic and i absolutely love it! Love the overall effect and lighting. Love the char's of course... Who doesn't?! XD Love the petals and the doves. Love the expression of the wall. Love the scene. Excellent work, chibionpu! Looking forward to many more walls of this type from... ^_^
