As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!

I decided to upload this new version of my rei vector wallpaper. The old one look too busy. Anyway, I vector the image from one of the scans from this community. I wanted to fix the mistakes to make it elegant looking.

Nice scan. The vectoring is great and special, I really like it. There is only a couple of colours, I think there could be a little more colours in the background. The little details and effects in the background are awesome... Good work! ^^

I really like the textures present. Makes it look like smooth sandstone, is that what you were going for? I don't know anything technical about these things, but whatever you did for the spots colored "white" was genius.

Wow I agree that this version is a significant improvement from the original version!! Not that the first was bad, but I did think it was a bit "messy" and full of random patterns. This one however, is very clean and simple, the lighting you added is beautiful and complements the colors well, everything just overall fits together better and the wall seems more unified and held together well. Prettiness! :)

I kinda like it, it's not busy, clean and easy on the eyes. Your new version is definately an improvement over the previous one.

I love that image, and feel that the moe minimal approach is an improvment. My only problem is those swirls at her neck, they look like some sort of frilly dress, jester neck...thing.
