Well this has taken up a lot of my supposed homework time. ^^; Anywayz, I wanted to practice on my vectoring, since I absolutely suck at it. The end result... I have to practice more. The magazine idea I thought was funny as I placed random things on it. I wasn't sure with what to do with the background and figured since everything was solid colors and vectoring, I might as well just leave it. *shrugs*

LOL... the random stuff on the cover are a laugh! It's simple and funny.I don't see what's the matter with your vectoring, but I think you could have done a tabletop for the background - wood, or perhaps even glass, like a side table, where you can see more magazines piled under it.

The magazine concept works really well - love the titles!!
And the nosebleeding chibi ginji and ban - LOLZ!

Feedback:
Feel the colours and text look a bit shy - like they can be a lot brighter and kinda more in-your-face - suitable for such a scandalous magazine (XD) emoticon
Hevn's skin colour .. umm .. a bit dark or washed out or something .. Lips can be a bit more curvy maybe, not so pointy? No complaints with her hair and eyes look - they look really good :)
And the chibis are very nicely done - very cute :)

Well congrats for a nice one - you must've stacked enough exp points to get up to the next vector challenge :)
