As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!
This is a similar wallpaper to empuus i give most credit to him/her i just made it white and a little editing so there is one if all the new comers who like code geass and have not seen this yet this is one o my favorites itz pretty cool i really like so i made a similar one like hope you all do to also i think the hand was the hardest to do
The vector is good. I just hope you didn't extract it from another wall this time. Anyway, you can't make a background all white. Take a look in the gallery for some ideas on backgrounds. I suggest you remove the text too.
I see you found a nice scan and credited the user but you can't just use a full scan/vector as a wallpaper - first of all, you need to resize the scan into the appropriate AP wallpaper resolution (I suggest you read the FAQ again for wall resolutions or just make them in 1600x1200 for standard and 1920x1200 for widescreen) - I don't anyone has over 5000 px wide monitor as of yet... >__>
Second of all - you forgot to put your signature again...
Third and most important - where is the background? Putting just simple text onto a white background is clearly not even close to enough. Think of a background first, make it, then submit something here so we can help you and advise you some more. Your work (if there is any work here) so far, looking like this, will NOT be accepted and you will lose papers. You don't want to lose papers here...

This is an extremely pretty picture of Lelouch. XD However, it's not a wallpaper--it's a scan. As alenas said, there is no wallpaper size that exceeds 4000 pixels on every side. O_o My suggestion is to pick the absolute largest wallpaper size that AP will allow (2048x1536
pixels) and work from there. I would advise against shrinking the image to meet the size requirement, because that could easily tamper with the overall quality of image. Instead, you could pick your absolute favorite part of him (e.g. his head down to his chest) and crop the rest out. Only in the absolute worse case, you should shrink the image.
In terms of vectoring, the image is nice and crisp and clear, but the edges are jagged and there are "pieces of residue" left surrounding most of the outlines. I would suggest smoothing out the edges and removing (via eraser tool) the "residue" around the outlines.
Also, it would be good to put a background. Even something as simple as a gradient can add tremendously to the piece. :D
Nonetheless, you've got the right idea by giving credit to the rightful owners and selecting an anime image. X3 Now, all you've gotta do is make a wallpaper! Good luck! :D

look up tutorials on extracting images, before you do anything else.
