As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!
My second Air Gear wallpaper =] I have to admit that Simca is one of my least favorite characters in the manga but that scan of her was perfect for the background I designed since I wanted it to have that flowy feel, hence the flowy type of brushes x3 I then added a texture over the whole wall.
I really have a thing for silhouettes at the moment so you might see other silhouette walls soon xD

Wow, unfortunate that you picked red, the thumbnail looks awful compared to the superior full view, I hope other people will full view before passing this over!
I really like this. It reminds me of a free-flowing abstract non-representational graphic design, but an image of Simca is inside. The textures are awesome! Keep up the good work.

in my opinion.. 'cause the background image is 8.5 out of 10
but i can give a 6.5 out of 10 generally.. XD peace ^^V
