And I acctualy have to adimit, this was really hard to do it, took it a lot of time (that I don't have) and patient.
But finily finished him, and this wallpaper is dedicate to my beloved girlfriend, as a huge fan of Full Moon Wo Sagashite.

Good work, it's nice and detailed and clean, your gf will be sure to like it.
I think if you extended the red ribbons more into the white could stuff, the wall would look less centralized. Also you could put some more books or objects around the bottom of the wall, and at different sizes to give a sense of depth. The right side of that green thing needs something more - in the scan there's bones (good choice not vectoring those) and some more ribbon, so more books/ribbons in that area and around the bottom of the wall would be fine. :)

The bg, I don't know what thing Mitsuki-chan is kneeling on. Since you removed the skeletons & ets... maybe nest will fit since she's holding an egg. I like the could idea but I find some parts too stiff. The soft pink peach bg with patterns is nice. I like it (>_<)

The scan is totally hard to vector XO plenty of details and stuffs but you still manage to vector it :) though some parts are not included but i like how you did it :D
The vector is smooth and clean. The bg is simple but i love the clouds if thats

I see the scan, and I think that you do a really good job with your wall. The details are amazing, but the background is the thing that I like more. Is different than the other that you do, and I love the pattern used. Really cool! ^.^
