As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Wow, that's my first wallpaper here!
Well, nothing special, I love Togainu no Chi and I made this wallpaper after a long time spent in choosing who what to put in it XD
Shiki won my thoughts and so here it is! I really hope you like it!

EDIT: OMG! I so glad so many people liked it! ;_; This means so much to me!
And I was very stupid because when I started doing this wallpaper I was going to use a higher resolution, but them my screen died and I made it smaller. Still, I could have made it bigger, I'm so sorry folks >_>
Next time I'll make a bigger wall, but maybe I'll redo this one another time XD

I tried in making Shiki fit with the notebook texture, but the result was awfully horrible so I left him like this XD

I love the text and the scan, they are awesomely good! This wall is so interesting. You don't see this kind of style at AP. I see it a lot usually browsing random graphics sites, I'm so happy to see it here finally XD. Good job. ^-^

Good choice of colors and I like the sketch book style.
You could have textured the scan more though to make it appear as if it would be on the sketchbook.
