This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
It's been a long time since i've made wallpapers, so spare me >_<. I fell in love with this scan when i downloaded the Hisaya Nakajo artbook, and i decided to use it for my next wallpaper haha. I actually quite like the way this one turned out, even though it seems a little bright, but i think it fits the mood. I got the title from the song I'm in heaven (when you kiss me) by ATC.
Took about a week or so, but i guess around 10 hours in total. Enjoy!
Aww...the composition of this wall is random but oh-so-cute ^_^
Very unique idea and nicely done.
Btw, is that a guy or a girl with the red hair?...Just curious since I've never seen any of Hisaya Nakajo's works (at least I don't think I have ^_^;)
I am going to remain with my mouth like a big "wow" if I see all the time such beautiful wallpapers! For all the walls that I comment on I can't find anything not to like at them...they simply look lovely, perfect to me!I am ashaemd that I can't say more in a comment but a simple "wow" but I just can't critisize the great work of you,the ones that make the walls
Simply irresistable!(Please excuse my writing if I make mistakes of spelling).Hugs^_^!See ya!
I really like the light colors,as they make the scene very warm, bringing out the essence of "love." At first I didn't notice what was in the circles on the left side. They were a nice aspect! However, myabe making them a little bigger would create more of a presence.
