While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Well, this wasn't easy...
The hardest part was the sky, I don't remember how many times I delete/redo it.

Wow beautiful! Though she is the central focus, the details in the bg are so beautiful, there are birds, a gothic style church behind her and the sky tops it all off. I like the kind of chocolate tones, yeah that brown reminds me of chocolate XD. The only thing is that she's a bit more blurred than maybe is needed? I do like how her wings melt into the background though. I usually love all your stuff and this one is no exception, awesome work as usual!
Very nicely done, I really like this wallpaper. It's very dark, grungy, and soft but is wonderfully sceneic at the same time. I'll have to add it to my favorites.

I love the girl, it so well cleaned and her eyes - awe - she is so godlike for me +_+ the wings on her and the crosses, the wings which don't let see alot behind and makes such a hidden damn cool atmosphere +___+ it fits so perfectly to the bg you created!

the building, the crows (or other birds xD") look so good with this soft note and fit the scene perfectly
the sky looks like it would also burn - yeah - really good work here cause it gives the wall this strange and dark mood and thats the unique part for me ^^
I haven't seen such a dark and mood tasty wall for a while. I really like starring at it (yeah I'm starring since 5 minutes o.o - dosen't even matter to me if it would turn to 10 xD) and every time I look a bit closer, I found more great details and it amezed me even more.

All those deletes and redos are worth it!! this wall is so beauiful...i especially like the colour pallet...i have noticed that i like many of your colour choicesLOL it is amazing tho i like her face the most the way it is just so visible but doesnt over power the rest of the work...her face being white and the back browns...i dunno if that makes any sense but to dumb it al down...A...MA...ZING!!!!
