Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
Um...the wallpaper is based on a book I read in 6th grade. I just found the book and decide to make a wallpaper based on its storyline. The book is basically about a window that when you jump through it you can go back in the past ^^;;
I found the scan here; texture from DA! (thank-you). Stock photo were used.
That's really an awsome wallpaper. The soft and bright colors match so good with this scan. And the idea about this window is really cool.

Well, it is a nice piece of wallpaper...very cute...but...the only thing you should do is experimenting more on the font...it is too plain...and if you change it by experimenting more on other font...it will look better :)

Gorgeous wallpaper. I love the transparency of the curtains, it adds such a creative and elegant touch to the image. The background is also done very nicely, i get a really magical and heavenly feel from the soft clouds and shades. Though i think a more graceful looking font would suite this wallpaper better
It's very pretty. I like the colors and the scan.. Great blending. I love this wall. I like the original one better, the birds are kinda 'eh..' and stuff. Change the font type, pls.. To something more elegant.. that'll be complimentary. +fav. Nice work!

IT"S YOU! *laughs* Anyhow, it's so ... how do I describe it? heavenly? I like the concept of the window and the sky... The colours blend in so well.. I love the soft tones you use >w< The only thing I find a little iffy is the random dark areas... That's the only part that doesn't make as much sense to me ^^;;; but regardless... Very nice ^_______^
