Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
Um...the wallpaper is based on a book I read in 6th grade. I just found the book and decide to make a wallpaper based on its storyline. The book is basically about a window that when you jump through it you can go back in the past ^^;;

What a wonderful wallpaper, the colors composition is just too great.I like every aspect in this wall...The scans, the window, the transparent curtain & the text....It's just so brilliant!!

Wahhh its pretty. Even if the background is a stock photo, it looks nice. The scan is well extracted and I like how you actually made the curtains a bit transparent instead of leaving them just plain white.

I am blown away by the effects you used in this picture! They're SO beautiful. I can't even begin to describe how in love with this image I am. I can't believe the effects you used on it either - with the background actually taking over the original color of the window curtains - and I'm very curious to know how you did it =O
