Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
I like the concept for this wall- bright, poppy and funky, which goes well with much of the artwork that I've seen for Paradise Kiss...My biggest problem with this wallpaper is the extraction-around the larger girl's hair and around the edges of the smaller girl's scene. In addition, the line that creates the wall between the two of them looks a bit odd and out of place...if you drew it closer to the style of the rest of the drawing, in colors rather then a perfectly straight black line, it would look as though it fit in much better.
Two things. First is the extraction around the big head in the bg. It's very rough. To get good extraction zoom in to about 800 times and use the polygon lasso tool. Lots of practice is needed.
Second thing is that the head in the bg could do with some cleaning. There are clear lines across it, which come from the scanning process. Look in session zero for cleaning tips or you can search for tutorials.
Funky and colorful just like Miwako! The images are well put together. There isn't a lot of wallpapers for Paradise Kiss and this is one of the best I have seen.
yes, this is actually mikako (miwako's older sister) from gokinjo monogatari (the story that came before paradise kiss). if no one sees this, i'll post in the forum for it to be changed. ^_^
This is very simple, but anything complex would detract from the original image, I think. I like the juxtaposition of the small and large images, very neat!
I agree with everyone, your wall is really cute and funky but a few minor adjustments and it could be a lot better.
There are a couple places i noticed, like around mikako's face(the big one) were the black line was too dark, you could try to go over the edges again with a lighter shade of black to soften it. I also noticed that the lamp behind her doesn't show the line where the wall crosses and the white covers part of mikako's face. Lastly there is a little white spot behind her, at the base of the lamp that is white I think it should be pink to complete the circle.
*These are small minor things*
All in all though i like your wall, the way you have the two positioned, it reminds me of a little girl looking into a dollhouse, the way mikako is sitting also reminds me of a doll; which is cute and fits her charactor. The colors are nice and i like the use of negitive space, the composition is also very nice. I like how you kept it simple.

you touch my heavy heart, and when you do you make it light
as I exhale I hear your voice
and I answer you, though I hardly make a noise"
