Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

So yeah, im going to come clean, i borrowed stuff from like four other wallpapers that had nothing to do with anime. i dunno, i used them like stock photos so i guess thats okay.

you could probably say it's a tribute to all the old school wallers that got me into anime walling in the first place. people like feyrhel, phong, spiffu, rurushin, lse, flushaggy, knives, zhi luang, red, sabert00the, etc.
The vector rocks~ After looking at the wallpaper for a few minutes I've come to realize the "x" symbols are medical-based ><;; Some parts seem to dark esp. on the top right corner >.> It kind of shadows over the vector which you worked hard to make ~:x
The vector was done very well, very well indeed. You certainly didn't waste your time on nothing! Like Puppycho16, I love the picture and the pen on the clipboard. Love it.
Ahaha...great job! =D The vector looks a bit awkward because of the strokes XD A little bit weird cause I can't imagine it being a fill vector +_+ bleh...dunno why I commented when I have nothign constructive to say =/ Anyway, good luck! =D

I'll be honest. The background totally rocks, but your vector is not that good (you used stroke paths, you cheap fool!) and it kind of stands out too much. Maybe some lame gaussian blur applied on it would help it blending with your really cool bg.
Wee, that background pwns~! Though, I think you could try blending the vector into the background or gaussian blur it like Shinn said. It'll just give it a better affect and all. But really, you did an awesome job! ^-^
