Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
While I prefer the textured version, most people I've asked seemed like this one more. Not to mention Brom was rather adamant that I not use "cliche" textures and this was somewhat a birthday gift for him sooo... no textures. Anyway, Brom gave me the scan, I fell in love, I vectored for endless hours, my eyes bled, I had temper tantrums, I eventually finished vectoring, and added some vectored swirls and a cloud stock photo. Yes, it's simple. For the love of God, don't complain to me it's too simple. I KNOW! (Thanksgiving. In laws. Me = bad mood. x_x) Also, there are some jagged lines along the cloud stock.. I gave up on trying to smooth them out. Just don't stare and you won't notice. ;)
Big thanks and hugs to Saki and Brom for their patience and help along the way. Happy Birthday Brom; I'm sorry it's not exactly what you had in mind.
Wow. Just simply WOW. The wallpaper is simple and clean overall. Background and especially the vectored scan. Just beautifully done. The only thing that looks weird to me is in all this vectored goodness is the stock clouds. Other than that, nothing really much to complain about. Well done, and keep up the good work!

I liked the texture version.. The wall looks great, but the stock clouds seems a bit off. Maybe if they were made the same color scheme as the rest of the wall? But awesome nonetheless ^^

While the background is nice I don't think it really fits in with the colors of the central figure. Blue and gray don't really contrast well with gold and white.
I love the show Kaleido Star and Sora is a big reason why. I like the swath of sky seen in the background, a subtle reference to Sora's name. I think it's very nicely composed. Thanks.

The vector is simply stunning, it's so gorgeous! The colours are so soft and smooth, good control and lines. I really love the colours. The background is clean and simple, Nice clouds, though I think it would look better without it. The black design would look good without it. Kudos on the vector! It truly is amazing!
