This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

I haven't made an anime wallpaper in a while, because I've been focusing on original artwork a lot more laterly, and theres no place for such in animepaper, so I've been out of the scene for a few weeks, but Im back with a boring scenery wall :p why? cuz I can. I combined a few stock photos for the clouds and used 2 scans from RahXephon, played around with the colors and textures and in a few hours I ended up with this. Many thanks to the stock and texture providers.
Only the shading on the wing is strange for me.. it seems a bit too hard
but I love the colourfull mood of this one

As I already said, I love it ^^ The bg looks great and it's a really strange, but nice idea to put a mecha and an beautiful angel into one wallpaper ^^

Oh wow, the beautiful colors take my breath away. And I just love the composition of this wall...the angel with black and white wings in the foreground and RahXephon in the background...it really relates to "The Truth About Heaven" theme somehow. Nice job.
The thing i love about this wallpaper is the blending colors. its so exact and you were able to pick the right colors to impress the people who seems this wallie. its truley beautiful and i think it'll inspire a wallier. ^.~ great job indeed. ill be expecting your work. until next time. XD

This is a very nice RahXephon wallpaper, altough I like more to see walls with either Ayato or Reika in them, this one is outstanding, as mencioned before you did a very good work with the colours and they do work out nicely.
