Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

I like the style your HiME wallpapers (or at least the two so far) have been in, with the screencap in the back and character in the front. Especially with the contrast of expressions in them, with happy Mai here and sad in the background. It really gives it a sense of showing the character's two sides. The only critique I have is that I would have done the stripe of her name as just straight across and not curved, since at least to my eye it slopes the entire thing slightly. But overall this is very well done, and I hope you do more of this style.
This is cool. Again, really clean image, great quality. I agree with a comment above about showing about two different sides of the character; happy & sad, it works well. Not much else to say really 'cept nicely done. :)
