Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
Here you go. I know some people want me to make a bright wall at least one time so this is it. I just finished watching Gundam series and I really enjoyed all of them.
Especially the storyline really impressed me. I am not a huge mecha lover. But gundam really impressed me. All animation quality and drawing style is quite good.
Anyways...I like Shinn Asuka the most in the series so here you go. The ones who watched the serie ll slightly recognize the place I assume. I tried to give the impression
as if he is in Orb...but a destroyed one. A mix of my imagination and series. XD o.k I won't give any spoilers...*cuts the crap*
Well...for people who wouldd like to know. This is not a complete stock or anything. There are 7 images on the bg which were manipulated and blended.
2 scans used including Shinn and Impulse. And...also not a fancy sky this time. Just a plain sky almost without any clouds.

Wow Impulse without armaments.. And the back of it.. Rare indeed ^^ Something about Shinn's coloring stands out too much- cant explain it, but overall an interesting wall.. *squints to try and see what type of planes are flying ^^;
What an exceptionally wonderful wallpaper. Everything flows wonderfully. The buildings are slightly too realistic, but it's not that bad... Oh, and the sky isn't bad, I like it.
I can't resist not adding this to my favorites... Very good job! ^^
When I saw the thumbnail, I just had to click. An extraordinary wallpaper, I'm glad you chose not to put too many details in the sky since it would ruin the empty and barren feeling the wallpaper gives off because of the destroyed city. The buildings look a bit realistic compared to scan but it is still a great background nonetheless. I love this wallpaper so awesome work!
Love the idea but I think the porpotion between the pilot and the gundam is a bit off and the photo is a bit too realistic, other than that I think you have a great concept at work here. I also understand such background is probably very hard to construct as well
Oh my gosh its SHINN! I actually hate him because of well no spoilers, but anyways ^^ He's still pretty hot though :P The wall its self is awsome! Especially the background! Definitly a fav for me!

OMG great wallpaer were did you get the image for shinns gundam in the background ive never seen it on any other site before did you make it ? or get it from the anime ? well anways this is great wallpaper adding it to my wallpaper collection carry on the good work !! maybe do one with destiny next :P

Great wall dude, the mist is nice and the whole effect going on in the sky, awesome. And the way you only see parts of the Gundam has a nice feel to it. excellent work, keep it up ^^
The mist doesn't bother me, I draw mist on almost all my wall lol
I like that title on the bottom, I think it's well placed with the mist.
The buildings look maybe a bit too realistic to match with the scan of Shinn and the Gundam but I like it anyway, it's the kind of setting I really appreciate, when all is destroyed... :)
And the sky is yet simple but really nice in his simplicity, and with all the details on the ground it just suits well.
Overall, the color theme seems to blend everything together nicely.
